After my workout the other day, a co-worker and I opted to try the Premier Protein Cake Batter Delight protein shake.

The taste of it was actually pretty good. It went down smooth and turned out to actually be pretty delicious.
Many people have told me to try it with my coffee so I plan to do that as some point as well.

It only has 160 calories per bottle and only 1 gram of sugar which is amazing for drinking it as a meal replacement item.
It’s got enough protein that it will help you build muscle after a tough workout, especially if you are needing a quick recovery drink.
I will likely branch out a little bit and try the cookies and cream or the cinnamon roll the next time I grab one.
What’s also nice about this protein shake is that you don’t have to mix it yourself and you can just grab a bottle and get to drinking. You don’t have to deal with stray protein powder, a shaker, or having to clean up the dishes afterwards.
Other good items shown on the bottle is this is this only has 4g carbs, is low in fat, gluten free, no soy ingredients, keto and kosher.
