What if I do 100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats, and a 10km Run Every day?

Some of the healthiest and most athletic people in the world are the most consistent in what they do and how they workout daily.

There are those that do marathons, run obstacle courses like the Tough Mudder, and those that lift weights for a living.

For many of us, swimming, biking, running, Olympic lifting, and doing team events are hard to come by.

And for those people, it might be easier to simply do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and a 10k run every single day.

This simple exercise regimen will keep your muscles, heart, and cardiovascular system in tiptop shape.

You can even use these exercises to train for some of these bigger events, like the Ironman or Spartan Race.

Doing all of these exercises everyday could be challenging for many people, but for those of you who can keep it up, will be in the best shape of their lives.

One Punch Man Workout For 300 Days

This workout routine is often referred to as the One Punch Man.

If you can do it for 300 days straight, you will have accomplished a great feat.

I don’t recommend this though, especially for beginners, because it may cause injury if you are not prioritizing rest days in between your workouts.

Doing 100 pushups, situps, squats, and a 1km run daily can put a lot of stress on the joints, muscles, and bones.

You could develop stress fractures or get shin splints if you have not slowly built up to this type of workout.

If you properly train your body and build yourself up over time, you will be able to push yourself more and more every day.

What will happen if you do 100 pushups every day?

If you were to start this workout regimen, you might consider starting with one aspect of the workout. Try to do 100 pushups per day. Start with 10 pushups. Do 15 the next day, and 20 the next. Doing this over time will get your body ready to do the full 100 in no time.

The benefits of doing pushups include:

  • Stronger shoulders and chest
  • More defined abs
  • Better endurance and stability
  • Better balance
  • Improved Posture

Many of these benefits will come over time but if you do pushups enough, you will find that things will become easier and easier.

Can you get in shape with just pushups and situps?

You in fact can get in great shape with just pushups and situps. I would recommend you also incorporate squats and jogging or walking as well. It’s going to be best if you incorporate all of these exercises as one total body workout. It will benefit your body most in the long run.
