This workout routine is often referred to as the One Punch Man.
If you can do it for 300 days straight, you will have accomplished a great feat.
I don’t recommend this though, especially for beginners, because it may cause injury if you are not prioritizing rest days in between your workouts.
Doing 100 pushups, situps, squats, and a 1km run daily can put a lot of stress on the joints, muscles, and bones.
You could develop stress fractures or get shin splints if you have not slowly built up to this type of workout.
If you properly train your body and build yourself up over time, you will be able to push yourself more and more every day.
What will happen if you do 100 pushups every day?
If you were to start this workout regimen, you might consider starting with one aspect of the workout. Try to do 100 pushups per day. Start with 10 pushups. Do 15 the next day, and 20 the next. Doing this over time will get your body ready to do the full 100 in no time.
