One of the best reasons to get a personal trainer at least twice a week is so you can exercise safely and effectively.

A personal trainer will correct your form and make sure you are doing the exercises with proper bodily alignment and range of motion.

You can use everything you learn from your personal training sessions as you work out on your own after your time with the trainer.

In doing this you will avoid injury and be able to exercise safely without setting yourself back for weeks or even months.

Reason #2 A Personal Trainer Will Push You Hard 2 Days a Week

A challenging personal training workout twice a week is enough to make you sweat, tone your body, and help you to lose weight.

The personal trainer is going to push you hard for those 2 days.

These 2 sessions will be enough during the week to give you a great workout, boost your blood flow, elevate your mood and increase endorphins.

Typically, people have a hard time pushing themselves.

A personal trainer is perfect for this.

If it gets too easy, you can always go to 3 days a week.

Reason #3 A Personal Trainer Will Give You Cardio Workouts

What’s great about your personal training sessions is they will not only give you what you need during your workout, they will tell you exactly what you need to be doing outside of your workouts.

This will likely be a few rounds of moderate to intense cardio sessions, depending on your goals.

2 days of strength training paired with 2 to 3 days of cardio are often good enough to give you that proper weekly workout.

An extra day of strength training would also be beneficial.

You can use what you learned during the week and try it out for yourself.

It will be the only way you will learn the information to carry on after your done personal training.

Reason #4 A Personal Trainer Will Keep You Accountable

Many people find it hard to motivate themselves.

This is where training twice a week with a personal trainer comes in.

The personal trainer will make sure you adhere to your weekly workouts and your daily diet.

They will journal and make sure you are always working towards your goals.

Without accountability, it becomes exceedingly hard to get important things done on a consistent basis.

Reason #5 A Personal Trainer Will Tell You What to Eat

Last, a personal trainer will tell you exactly what you should be eating day to day during your twice a week sessions.

They can help keep you accountable by doing monthly weigh-ins, calculating body fat, or having you log your foods you have been eating.

He can make food and drink recommendations to make sure you stay on the straight a narrow when it comes to your diet.

They can calc your nutrients, protein intake, macros, calories, and fats.
