3 Quick, 8 Minute Morning Workouts to Lose Weight (PDF)

A quick, 8-minute morning workout is a great start to the day, and the perfect way to help you lose weight.

A short workout at home in the morning will get your blood pumping, motivate you and get your mood in the right place to take on the day.

But for most people this is not the case.

You wake up to your bellowing alarm clock at 5:30 a.m. You hit the snooze not once, not twice, but three times. It’s now 6:00 and you’re finally rolling out of bed. You’ve already missed your 8 minute morning workout.

You take a shower, put clothes on, eat a little breakfast, and head off to work. You get there right at 7:00 a.m. and are ready for the day.

You go through the day like you normally do; exhausted, sluggish, un-energized and un-enthused. You make it home, eat dinner, and relax before going to bed. You do this over and over again, day after day, month after month, year after year.

So why not start your day with something that gets you energized, productive, and happy?

Instead of hitting the snooze button three times, wake up right away and head straight to your 8 minute morning workout.

Working out in the morning is great for your metabolism.  Your body will burn more fat just by working out in the morning helping you to lose weight.

One study showed that gym goers can burn up to 20% more fat by working out on an empty stomach.

Not only that, people who work out at home in the morning are more active and consume fewer calories throughout the day, sleep better at night, have lower blood pressure, eliminate belly fat, workout more efficiently, lose weight more easily, and end up being in a better mood.

Instead of grabbing breakfast at home first thing in the morning, jump right into your workout.

One study showed that females who were shown images of food were less excited about the food than those that did not work out and ended up consuming less over the course of the day.

With your testosterone levels peaking in the morning, this is going to be your best time to get your strength training workout in.
